​Guided Big Sky Adventures

Experience the wonders of Big Sky's icy wonderland. Walk the trail, along frozen streams and gently rolling hills. Hear the stories and learn about the wildlife, geology, and history of Big Sky. Your guide will meet you at The Wilson Hotel, with YakTraks, hiking sticks, and transportation, provided by Big Sky Adventures & Tours. Group size is limited to 12 participants. Sign up online; deadline for sign up is 12:30pm, the day of the adventure.

Go Into the Wilds of Yellowstone's Winter Wonderland!

Wondering How To Dress? We recommend layering as though you are going for a walk in the winter. Base layers (long underwear), with windproof and breathable outer layers are ideal. Snowshoeing is an aerobic activity, and because you are not sitting on a chairlift and you are active the whole time, it is much easier to stay warm.
